Terms of service

General

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the TINTABEADS online store and to all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. TINTABEADS is based in the Netherlands and operates in accordance with Dutch and European consumer law.

Products

We offer jewellery and accessories, including bracelets, anklets, necklaces, scarves and other accessories. We aim to describe and display all products as accurately as possible. Small variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting, photography or different screen settings.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Payment must be completed before an order can be processed.

Orders & Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. TINTABEADS reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the amount paid will be refunded.

Shipping

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and other countries within the European Union. Current shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, receive the order.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with European consumer law. After informing us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item.

You may inspect a product as you would in a physical store. If a product has been used or handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, any resulting loss in value may be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we will issue the refund within 14 days. We may wait until we have received the returned item or until you provide proof that it has been sent back.

If you return your entire order, the standard delivery costs originally paid will also be refunded. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.

Warranty

All products are covered by the legal guarantee under Dutch consumer law. This means that a product should meet the reasonable expectations you may have based on its type, price and normal use.

If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery or does not meet what you could reasonably expect from it, please contact us within a reasonable period. Depending on the situation, we will provide an appropriate solution.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. Tintabeads is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply in your country of residence. Any dispute may be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
