Warranty Policy
At TINTABEADS, we want you to be happy with your purchase. All products are covered by the legal guarantee under Dutch consumer law. This means that a product should meet the reasonable expectations you may have based on its type, price and normal use.
What is covered
If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery or does not meet what you could reasonably expect from it, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we will offer an appropriate solution such as repair, replacement or a refund.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, accidents or failure to follow the product’s care instructions are not covered by the legal guarantee.
For jewellery, this may include damage caused by excessive exposure to water, perfume, cosmetics or chemicals when this is contrary to the care instructions.
How to make a warranty claim
If you notice a problem with your order, please contact us at info@tintabeads.com and include your order number, a short description of the issue and, if possible, a photo.
We will review your claim and get back to you with an appropriate solution.
This warranty policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
